This sorter tracks pairwise comparisons between items and infers their underlying ratings based on a noisy, probabilistic model inspired by the Elo or Bradley-Terry approach. It dynamically identifies and queries the user with comparisons involving items with the highest uncertainty in their current ratings, aiming to efficiently reduce uncertainty. The process continues interactively until the user ends the session, at which point a fully rescaled and finalized set of ratings is output.
