Introduction

The chronology of Nogizaka46 is currently incomplete, with numerous events yet to be documented. Please be patient as I continue to refine and update this database.1

This time, we decided to go with these members because of the taste of the song, the tie-up situation, and so on. We’ve just started, so there’s no such thing as who’s superior and who’s inferior. Find your own color and work hard to bring out a color that you think is indispensable to Nogizaka46. I’m looking forward to it.

Footnotes

  1. This project is a translation and a continuation of the extensive work made by makuramoto-san, member of the Saitama-based Sakamichi Uncle Otaku Association in http://f-makuramoto.com/46-nogi/. His content is copyrighted, but I believe this would fall under fair use.

  2. Some non-Nogizaka46 idols were added as they are an important part of Idol Culture in itself.

  3. Information regarding Nagashima Seira’s roommate seems duplicated and I can’t identify the source to verify, is probably from a confused staff announcement or they might have changed roommates. We’ll probably never be sure.
